ClearDeck (“the App”) is a photo-cleaning app for iPhone. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App uses and how we handle it.

Summary

• Your photos and videos stay on your device.
• We do not upload your photo library to our servers.
• We do not create an account for you to use ClearDeck.
• Purchases are handled by Apple (and, if used, RevenueCat for purchase status).

Photos and media

ClearDeck requests access to your Photo Library so you can review, keep, or delete items on your device.

• Processing happens on your iPhone.
• We do not transmit your photos, videos, albums, or photo metadata to Shaigexp LLC servers.
• Deleted items follow Apple Photos behavior (including Recently Deleted, where applicable).

You can change Photos access anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → ClearDeck.

Purchases and Pro

ClearDeck offers an optional one-time In-App Purchase (“ClearDeck Pro”).

• Payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• We may use Apple and/or RevenueCat to check whether you own Pro (for example, to unlock features or restore a purchase). That involves purchase/entitlement identifiers, not your photo library.
